Jazz Fest Pompano Beach 

The smooth sounds of jazz fill the salty air every January during this two-day music festival. A robust lineup of performers, from award-winning musicians to local favorites, take over the beach and put on free evening shows that draw big crowds. You must register in advance for free, general admission seating. VIP tickets are available for purchase. The musical event, which kicks off at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center, also features artist conversations and an array of vendors selling food, drinks, and artwork. 

Nautical Flea Market

Dive into Pompano Beach’s rich ocean-loving heritage by exploring the Nautical Flea Market. Held at Pompano Beach Community Park every January, this market features two days of food, drinks, live music, and hundreds of vendors selling aquatic-related new and used items. Pompano Beach Seafood Festival

Every year in April, seafood lovers flock to Community Park for the Pompano Beach Seafood Festival. At this beloved weekend event, you’ll find nearly every type of seafood imaginable, from locally caught fish to stone crabs, perfectly paired with some of the best musical acts and artists in South Florida. What makes this festival even more special is its philanthropic mission. The event raises funds to support local charities, schools, and service organizations.

Pompano Beach Caribbean Fest

Expect tasty food, live music, and colorful costumes at October’s Pompano Beach Caribbean Fest. Like its name suggests, this free event at Community Park celebrates the diversity of the many islands in the Caribbean. The one-day celebration is injected with tropical vibes thanks to the sounds of steel drums and musical concerts as islanders showcase what makes their islands so special. 

Namaste! Indian Festival

Be transported to India at the free Namaste! Indian Festival that takes over the Pompano Beach Amphitheater (The Amp) and grounds for one day in December. This vibrant festival immerses you in the culture’s rich traditions and heritage. The celebration is a sight to behold with live music, classical and Bollywood dance numbers, authentic cuisine from various food stalls, and the chance to shop at a colorful bazaar lined with handicrafts, clothing, jewelry, and more.
